India Post — My Parcel got stuck in IGI Airport TMO for last 4 weeks since Dec 15

I have contacted many times toll free number of Indian post to get a support on tracking of my consignment-EL[protected]IN which shows as “Send receptacle abroad (Otb)” at New Delhi IGI Airport Terminal since Dec 15. And, it seems to be stuck there for ever since then. When I tried to contact customer support, unfortunately I m not getting connected to them any time during last 4 weeks of time (between Dec 15 and today). This consignment is my university transcript which originally sent from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala on Dec 07, 2021 for my higher education admission at University over here. So help me to track and deliver my consignment ASAP. Regarding, this I had filled the compliant too at Indian Post online portal (Complaint Number - [protected]) but no any response on that also.
