India Post — my parcel has not reached chennai 600100 as it was speed post on 2/11/17 from 783390

I have not received my parcel which was sent from 783390 bijni to chennai 600100 on 2/11/2017 & in tracking also it is showing only till nsh guwahati on 4/11/12. Itz been more than a week. Why am i not getting it delivered? My uncle has sent it for me. Its really precious for me. Before also the parcel had reached on time. But this itz been a long time they have sent the parcel and i have not received it as it nit been delivered. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 10, 2017 Updated by Dixsh The speed post no. Is es[protected]in. I have not received my parcel still now. Its been more thank a week it was speed post from 783390 bijni on 2/11/2017 to 600100 chennai. My uncle is worried as important things has been sent and still there it has not been delivered. Usually it takes around 5 days to deliver the parcel from bijni to chenbai. But this time there is no information. And in tracking also it is showing as nsh guwahati on 4/11/2017. When will my parcel be deliver at the respective address?
