Dear sir my certificates was dispatched from chennai on 4/12/2018 but yet after 5 days, i haven't received my certificates. My shipment no is rt[protected]in. I need my certificates immediately for taking admission, if it will be not delivered my career will be ruined. Why they are not sending my pacel on time. I will raise rti, if it will be not delivered on time
