India Post — My parcel was marked delivered but it never reached me

Address:Kolkata GPO

Hello,
My order with tracking id ea[protected]nl is showing as delivered on tracking page. But it hasn't reached me. Further, the order was supposed to be delivered to patna, bihar but it has been delivered somewhere in kolkata by kolkata gpo.
Please resolve this issue.
