India Post — My registered letter from Germany not delivered - ref number RR[protected]DE

I had sent a registered letter from Germany to Mumbai on 01st February . It is not delivered yet and while tracking in India post portal it shows insufficient address.

While sending I gave complete address as usual but I am not sure what has happened this time. These are official urgent documents. Could someone please help them to deliver ?
