India Post — my speed post article is no t delivered waited for 10 days. nobody is taking response and are not giving proper response.

I am karthick kumar from chennai (Avadi). I sent my article through speed post on 09th november friday on this month to model colony s. O-411016 under pune spc.

My article was delivered to

Pune nsh on next day 10th november saturday of this month. After that there is no progress on my article, there is no status updation about my article. I am still wondering is this speed post or very very slow post? When i sent my article i thought this article will be deliver like cheetah running speed but it is worst than a tortoise speed. My article is very very most important and more high priority to me. I need your help to deliver to the destination with in end of tomorrow. Otherwise i will go legally. Please consider my request.

I tried more than 100 times to pune office[protected] full ring is going but nobody is there to pick my call. Even they didn't attend atleast once. I hope i will get some help from you. Just please reply for this mail.
