India Post — my usps item departed delhi airport but not delivered to mumbai

My usps item was supposed to be delivered to mumbai in march of 2019 but it still hasnt been delivered. It says your item departed a transfer airport in indira gandhi intl, delhi, india on march 26, 2019 at 11:33 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Tracking number is um[protected]us.

Went to the post office they couldnt help

My parcel is in Delhi since last 20 days it was supposed to be delivered to Ratlam but it is just this Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on January 4, 2022 at 8:07 pm.
