[Resolved]  India Post — No status update on package delivery

My passport has dispatched under reference no. PP[protected]IN, has been received in Ghaziabad Ma RMS TMO on 12th May. The item need to be delivered in Kailash Nagar house no 615 gali no -14 near Gandhi chowk 201009, same day status show -Item Redirected to Ghaziabad City SO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS.-
But after that there is no update on the status. Also the customer care is not responding.

I had ordered a book through website. The book had been sent through india Post with tracking ID RI[protected]IN. On 3rd of August item has been dispatched from Indore and the same has been received in Ghaziabad Ma RMS TMO on 7th of August. The item need to be delivered in Greater Noida Gautam Buddha Nagar pin code 201301. But after that there is no update on the status. Also the customer care is not responding. Kindly help me out . Books are very important for me

Online status of my courier showing as dispatched since 25 th Aug and there is no status update so far. It has to be reached in greater Noida.
