India Post — No tracking updates and delay in delivery of registered parcel by India Post

I have booked one
Registered parcel from India Post, bearing
IVR No.[protected],
from GPO Lucknow to Sirsa
HO on 15.06.2021. The
parcel was properly packed
and sealed as per the
requirements of India Post.
It contained new clothes
valued around weighing 1284
gms. Since 18.06.2021. the
tracking status of the
parcel shows as ITEM
DISPATCHED from New
Delhi RS TMO and the
parcel is still not delivered.
Please help me in getting my parcel traced and delivered.
