India Post — no update in tracking

No updation of tracking since 9:[protected].
Post is urgent as it contains application for admission.
It is halted at new delhi rs tmo since yesterday and no update is provided after that. My application will get rejected if it does not reach by today evening.
Please help me in this case.

For more than 3 months the postal services in raipur including speed post and registered post are not working. The reply to the customers is network issue.
