Updated by Gokul Gounder No one is attending the calls on the Regional Contact number provided..Customer care personal asking to wait..it's been 15 days..already more than a month after ordering online..My money is stuck..need a proper reply soon about my parcel..when would i get my parcel..?

My parcel has been delivered to DIMC NEW DELHI on 1st January and today is 14th January, I didn't get my parcel yet and didn't get a call.

Please look into this and get the item delivered at the earliest.
