I regret to inform you that we are not getting proper service from Puinan post office. KVP & NSC certificates are hardly available. Post office used to give blame to head office for not sending certificate and forms.
I believe there is a big gap of communication. We, all customers, are suffering for that. Interest rate is reducing now.
I am giving two example of public service.
1. Puinan Post Office went for full computerization recently . This was a planned activity.But notice was not given in advance. Suddenly no operation notice given. As a result many people did not get their money on time.
2. After computerization KVP & NSC, MIS form are not available as new form will be used. Why it was not planned / arranged early. This shows immature operational management.
I brought this notice in front of your officers many times and reminded them also in my earlier mail. But none bother to reply or take action.
This is my sincere request to take necessary action so that we can get our public service without any further delay. Was this information helpful? |
