I have sent one parcel on 21st october 2019, transaction number: ct[protected]in, it was showing delivered on 31st october 2019 but actually it was not delivered, i lodged an online complaint for non delivery on 4th november 2019 with complaint nu:[protected], in response the parcel got delivered on 6th november, but i was surprised on opening of the parcel, one of the item was stolen from the box, inner box and jute cover were torn sharply and re-packed and stitched back. The cost of the stolen item was rs.758 only, i raised the issue with same complaint nu:[protected] on 6th november 2019 (The date of actual delivery). I didn't get any solution of the issue. Even i am unable to track my complaint status, whenever trying to open india post tracking complaint page it says "unable to get complaint details, please try after sometime!!!"
Dont know what to do,
I request you to resolve my issues.
The post office must be asked
1. Why they lied about delivery date (According to p. O it was 23rd oct.19 but
Actually it was 6th nov after complaint).
2. To return the item stolen from the box, and compensate for the mental
Torture i have gone through.
3. Punish the person responsible for this malpractice. And
4. Stop these types of malpractice, they are employees not thieves
