[Resolved]  India Post — non delivery of an item

The online tracking of the consignment on india post official website is showing item delivery confirmed on 14th august at 16:03 but no item has been delivered to me yet.

After submitting my complaint here yesterday (19Aug), I received an email from consumer complaints.in saying that they have forwarded my complaint to the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology & today on (20th Aug) I have finally received my Item..
India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
