My parcel showed item returned addressee cannot be located status on 25th Jan even though I had been calling the India post helpline since 24th regarding the delay
I called 4 various places numbers given by helpline services multiple times but everyone is telling a different story
I get a call 4 days ago from the post office and they tell me they marked the wrong status and it will be delivered the same day
I still haven't received the parcel been 2 weeks.
The online status being shown is dispatched from Ghaziabad CMO on 26th but the post office told me otherwise
customer care is a joke, called them multiple times and the only thing they do is tell me to contact the sender. How does that work?
i request for my article to be delivered at earliest and safely.
