[Resolved]  India Post — Non delivery of article. Unable to file complaint on their website

It is showing item delivery confirmed but I have not received the package. I am unable to file a complaint on their website as it shows "Can't log complaint as article delivered on 08/02/2021 20:03:28 from Miyapur S.O"
