India Post — non delivery of demand draft via speed post

This is dr. Mithun thulasidas from kerala. I have sent a demand draft via speed post (El[protected]in) from tirur to dr. Tarun choudary, centre for sight eye hospital, b - 5/24, safdarjung enclave, opposite deer park, new delhi - 110029 for academic purpose which didn't reach the destination and i have got a call from the superiors informing the deadline for the same. Kindly make it happen to deliver it to the required address as soon as possible as it has an important role in my career
