I have registered a letter bearing number rj[protected] in dated 21/03/2020. From mango post office (831012). The same is pending in your kolkata post office from long time. The same letter is to be delivered at address given below.

It is, regret to say that tilldate my letter has not been delivered at required address.
Now, it is requested that my case may be examined and delivered to required address.
