Sir,
I sri bhaskar roy made an insured parcel on 09/09/2017 with transaction number cw[protected]in and transaction amount rs 1000 from kolkatta g. P. O.-700001 where the receivers address is bhayander west s. O-401101 under palghar do. Sir till now the parcel not delivered by the post office and tracking details are also not updated. Already i have launched an online complain on 14/09/2017 with complain number [protected] where the status of the online complain is also pending.

Sir i can't believe that how post office can't take proper care of insured parcel also where the value of the item is also insured. I am also sending the scan copy of the transaction number in attach file please see this. Sir please take some necessary action as early as possible.
