India Post — non delivery of international article el[protected]in | |
Respected sir, I have registered a complaint against delay in delivering the speed post parcel (Having tracking number el[protected]in) to us. Complaint number is [protected]. I have posted the parcel under speed post category on 28/12/2018. Till now its not delivered and while tracking the parcel it shows the item is bagged from kochin ems (Kerala). After that there is no information on the same. We have contacted various level of officers through telephone and mail. I have received the following replay from the office of chief postmaster general kerala. Please go through the below trail mail for your reference. Now i have received information from the divisional office that only from delhi office they can contact the airlines and they are waiting for the updation. Please consider this mail as a complaint and help us to speed up the procedure and please help us to track the item and get it delivered on the address without any further delay. My consignment with no AW[protected]IN was booked on 28th Dec, 2018. It has nearly been 2 weeks and the parcel still hasn't arrived. Also the tracking has not been updated. It is frozen on 28th Dec, 2018. Please resolve this issue soon.
