India Post — non delivery of my monthly magazine of icai

My monthly magazine is not delivered yet please make sure that they deliver it on tyme i went there and they talk very rudely and say not any magazine like that not coming only solimply by hear name how can anyone tell which post is came or not any also my region master not came till 11 am please cure my complaint as it is very important regarding education

सर्टिफिकेट को सही जगह नही पहुँचाया गया पोस्टमॉस्टर द्वारा और उसे जल्दी वापस कर दिया गया । जबकि सही पता देने के बावजूद लापरवाही किया जा रहा है ।
