India Post — non delivery of my rakhi even sending before a month

Dear concern,

I have send my rakhi couier on 17th july for australia, but it havent received till now.. As today is 26th day after sending the couier.. Any couier doesnt take this much time..
There is no use of receiving the couier after rakhi.. It is my humble req to please send the couier before rakhi as 2morrow is the last day.. It will be of no use of faclities that u have provided even sending the couiee before a montg.. After 19july, there is no updated status.. My tracking id is rp[protected]in.. Please send this soon before rakhi to my brother

Please look for the courier with id no RP[protected]In, as today is the last date to receive the Rakhi.. Please send it soon within today only.. As it will be of no use receiving the courier after rakha bandhan..moreover no use of facilities provided by you even the courier is not received even posted before a month.

Ur services are of no use..please shut down our services.. today is rakhi nd my brother has not received the couier yet which was already send a month ago..very very very bad nd poor services.. Very disappointing
