Last 6th August I sent a parcel(rakshabandhan rakhi) to Speed Post via Indian Post for Assam. Today is the 20th August date but it has not been delivered yet and no location can be traced since 8th August. I still complained. I did not get any response from it..

My consignment number EQ[protected]IN was evidently shipped to 700059. It was correctly redirected to 700157. But from then on it seems to have lost it's way, and is perhaps going back to where it came from. It came so close to my home in 700157, but yet no attempt was made to deliver.

Shipped a letter through India Post with tracking number : EU[protected]IN, order date : 15/09/2021 from UP to Mizoram University. Current status : Dispatched from KOL AP TMO on 19/09/2021. Thereafter, the product is not dispatched to its given address and no update is shown till filling of this complaint (29/09/2021). Please help me.
