India Post — Non delivery of Speed Post Parcel dated 3.1.2017

Sir,
We sent business parcel on 3.1.2017 by speed post No: ED[protected]IN from New Delhi ( SP Multani Dhanda Post Office-110055).
When I tracked the consignment on Indian Post website, It showed that it has been delivered to BALWAHAT B.O. 852106 on 9.1.2017, but till date it is not delivered to the receiptant Mr. Sita Ram Agarwal,
