India Post — Non Delivery of Speed Post Parcel EG[protected]IN | |||
I have booked Speed Post Parcel on 20th March 2015 at Jamnagar (Gujarat) Head Post Office vide Speed Post Booking Ref # EG[protected]IN. The same is reached to the destination post office on 22nd March 2015 as per Tracking Data. The same is not delivered to the Addresee till date. I have lodged online complaint for the same on 25th March 2015 at Post website vide complaint No. [protected]. It is remained unanswered till date.As per last status at Post website is "22/03/2015 20:41:17 NSH GURGAON Bag Opened" You are requested to expedite early delivery of my parcel/Resolve complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

Indian Post has no curtsy to acknowledge the complaint. There has been no response from their side since lodge of online complaint. Their way of working is lethargic and attitude is we are above all and the consumer are their mercy. May be top brass would be good and mean business but all the lower and middle hierarchy has this type of attitude.
