India Post — Non delivery/Delay of shipment since last 17 days

The sender booked the parcel on 14th July 2022 in Ocheri for Jaipur. Since then I've been continuously tracking the parcel. It came to Jaipur a week ago and was sent back to the source. Again they sent it to Jaipur(destination) and now also there is no update regarding delivery of the same. It's again showing the same status as before in which it got returned to source.
What kind of service are India Post providing to the customer. I am desperately waiting for the parcel to arrive as I have to move out of station. But unfortunately just because of the non-delivery of item, I am again and again postponing/rescheduling my plans.
I have ordered some vehicle parts from there, & without them I can't get my vehicle started or in running condition.
It's like a mental harrasment just because of the unprofessional behaviour of the staff of India Post.
Could you please help me in getting the parcel asap.
