India Post — non receipt of money order on time

I booked a money order amounting to Rs 1000/- from Bagdogra PIN 734014 to Pahari Birbhum PIN-731127 on 31 January 2019 vide EMO PNR No[protected]copy attached). However, after 20 days the said money order still not receive by the receipent in the delivery address. The delivery of money order is very urgent and required to deliver on time. Delivery address are under :-
