India post officials should give a serious thought over the matter to improve this service of a/d card delivery and if necessary should charge extra to ensure a full proof service. To refer a recent such case is that of court document sent vide speed post with a/d vide receipt no ew[protected]in on 09.10.2018 was delivered on 15.10.2018 as per track consignment record but it's a/d card has not been received yet. Urgent thought is needed for proper service.
