[Resolved]  India Post — not activated net banking services on my po sb a/cs

I had given request for starting net banking services on my 4 sb a/cs. I had given this request at end of may (May 28th around). However it has been 1 month since but the same has not been activated by india post from their side. Whenever i go to the post office they say some issue or server down or mail has been sent to head office or some thing or other, but never has it been done. I had also given all my email ids to be associated with all the 4 sb a/cs both on kyc form and also on rough paper too as the official there told that he just needs to input in the mail thats it. Now whenever i go to the url ebanking. Indiapost.gov.in, thereis an option for new user activation. After clicking that it asks us to enter customer id (Which is our cif id provided to us by the post office) and the account number. I am entering the same everyday from last 4 weeks but always the same error shows which is customer id is not valid. When i told the same to the post office official personnel there, initially they ignore and tries to downplay this telling i'm not entering correctly. Later they said our mail ids associated with the sb a/cs are not updated. I told them that i had already written the mail ids in the kyc form and yet again provided them the mail ids to be associated with each of the sb a/cs on riugh paper. He just had to input the same in system. Yet it has been 3 weeks since i re-provided my mail id but to no avail. When i went again after a week (So as to give them enough time to complete their duty), they told some error is there they have mailed to head office (Ho). But even then post that nothing happened. I went 4-5 times a week after the above, to ask them the status of the mail sent by them to the ho. But he ignored me and is telling that no reply came from ho yet and told me to come after a week again. Till now i have gone to post office atleast 15 times just for this but nothing has yet been done. And you know how risky it is in such times of corona pandemic to go any place where large people come. However the post office and its officials don't care. Request you to please start my net banking services on my post office sb a/cs without a delay as it will help me to avoid going to public places like a post office.
