Sir, my name is Saurabh Kumar Rai, father's name -gulab Chandra Rai .I have applied for SBI ATM it was bagged from bnpl sp hub annaroad Chennai at date 06/12/2017 and it was received at kundal s o (Samastipur) then it was returned on date 19/12 /2017 without making enquiry and this type of activity is done to so many people in my locality .the behave of peon is also rude .he doesn't talk properly please help to overcome this condition
