India Post — not delivery of registered post with ad

Dear sir, my name is kalpana kumari behera. I have sent a registered post letter with ad to chandrapur beo with ad but the letter is not reached at destination yet.
The consignment number is: ro[protected]in dated on 07.09.201. Here is near about 30 days yet from the date of posting. The letter is very important to reach the destination. Dear sir please help me to reach the letter at the destination and to return of ad to me. Thanks
