India Post — not functioning of public service commission premises allahabad post office for the last 10- 15 days

The above post office is not working due to computer fault( line failure of BSNL ).When ever I go there for the payment, the Assistant Post Master tell about computer failure.Please look into the matter so that the common public will not suffer.I asked so many times the Assistant Post Master but he show his helpless. Therefore the matter be looked upon so that the image of Post office be saved in the eyes of Public.Thanks.
