This is regards to our consignment towards post docket no. Rm[protected]in dtd-4.2.19 till date we have not received acknowledgement copy.

Our person personally visited nearby post office but they advised to filed complaint against non-receipt of acknowledgement copy.

Please check and provide the same on priority

I had sent a package to delhi on 19 feb and it reached on 22 feb, the tracking said it's out for delivery but now it shows Item on hold, please help.
It's really important, need to be delivered before 25 feb.
