India Post — Not receiving otp to my mobile for applying gds ap post

I have ap post gds previously.but now I got message as re apply for the posts. I ahve tried to apply.but in ap post webpage it is showing as sms sent but I am not receiving message. Please help me.i am having good cgpa to get this job
