India Post Office — AW[protected]IN

Newly joined postman of our area is neither delivering parcels nor is he responsible. My awb no AW[protected]IN is less than 1kg in weight, for which he called me to collect it from post office. When I said he must deliver it to my residence he dropped phone. He did same earlier. While checking status, he has updated a total false and wrong update that he attempted delivery and found my residence locked. My request is that he must deliver my parcel and must do same in future.
