India Post — Online transaction failure

I have paid the PLI premium of Indian Postal Service on 01.03.2023 through Google pay with transaction I'd[protected] money got deducted but in the site it is not getting reflected. Site showing transaction failure. Pl find the below details of transaction.

Policy Number : 2146937

Name of policy holder : Kumari Veena

Premium for the month: 01.01.23 to 31.03.23

Premium amount paid : 2812

Kindly resolve this issue.
