India Post — ordinary post not delivered

I had send one official letter on 16 th april 2018 from mumbai to bangalore 560032 via ordinary post.. Till date its not delivered.. Its my official documents.. I had enquired at the rt nagar bengaluru post office but they are saying there is no letters in my name.. Called the customer care numbers continuously but the line was always busy.. I don't know what to do next.. Please do the needful urgently.

A Speed post was sent from bangalore post office to 11FIELD REGIMENT, C/O 56 APO, PIN 925711 but the destination is showing different pincode of jammu now it is tracking number EK[protected]IN has been stuck in the 1CBPO for more than 3days please send it to the address

Sir, meri ek speed Post jisme bank se bheje gye cheque book h. 18 april ko registered huyi or 10 din se patoda, sikar k post office me padi h .jo postmaster de nhi rhe h . Isse meri banking seva ruk gayi h . Urgently requires h cheque ki . Pls help
