[Resolved] India Post — package delivered to wrong address

Banggood has sent me a product and i got the tracking number to track the location of the product. The tracking number is ru[protected]ch. The parcel was to be delivered on 8 may 2019 according to the tracking status. But the parcel was not delivered to me. However, it shows that it has been delivered. I didn't received any parcel nor anyone called me regarding the delivery. The parcel might have been delivered to wrong address. How can a delivery boy, deliver the package without checking the identity of the receiver. Kindly, find my parcel and deliver it to me. Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (3)
May 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The tracking number was updated in advance, but the package arrived 1 day later. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Dear sir
I have two daughters. They have sukanya samrudi yojana account in post office. I lost my pass books. I forgot that a/c Numbers also. Pls help me sir. Pls issue the duplicate pass books. We went to the post office and enquiry so many times. But they doesn't respond.
