India Post — package sent from us not delivered even after 40 days.

My package which was sent from florida via usps on feb 20 has not ye been delivered. There has been no news as to where the package has gone or is it still in the process of delivery.

Customer care service has been apathetic. No information has been updated or intimated.

Tracking number: ua[protected]us for the package.

Ipswebtracking is ineffective.
