India Post — parcel from china yet not received

Hello sir i am kalava venkatalakshmi booked a parcel containing asus zenfone 3 battery from china on the date[protected], and it is in india at guwahati customs department but yet not received, i'm worried about the item, since it has already too late for three, i request you to please release the item and make sure to deliver it to me as early as possible.
