India Post — parcel is held at customs

My parcel is being on hold with customs from the past 12 days and i have already sent an email to them at [protected]@gmail.com but got no response till today (07/02/2020).

The parcel contains 5 no'. Bare pcbs.

Please let me know if any documents needed to clear customs or still i need to wait.
