India Post — parcel is showing delivered on website but I have not received it

I have never seen such a pathetic postal service in india. I am waiting for my parcel from last 4 days but the postman has added a remark that it has been delivered.

My consignment no is ee[protected]in.

I have not received my parcel which was dispatched from my college. It is showing delivered on your website but i have not received it. And these people do not respond to the phone calls also.

Please help me as it contains a very important document and i need it urgently.
