India Post — parcel not delivered but updated status as delivered

Our tracking number is cg[protected]in
It's status is updated as delivered but actually it was not delivered.
If it was delivered please send me singed copy of that. Please deliver my parcel as early as possible if not delivered. Contact number of the respective post office is not there tried with many other po's but of no use. Hope your team will resolv as early as possible.
