India Post — Parcel Not Delivered..Tracking not updated

Kindly note that I sent a parcel from Bangalore to Bishalgarh S.O ( Tripura) on 1st March and today is 22nd March. Till now didn't receive the person..Also after 14th March tracking also not updated.. its showing Transshipment center Mirza..After that tracking also not updated..its been 21 days and still bot received..pathetic service..What is the point o[censored]sing India post. Article no : CK[protected]IN
Kindly resolve this asap.

Still there is no updation in the tracking. After 14th March no updation...Not able to track..And it's been 23 days the parcel not yet received.
Kindly check this issue and update the tracking ..also deliver the parcel as early as possible .
