I am writing this mail due to the parcel which contains my corrective pan card those i have applied on 11 jan 2018 and same has been dispatched on 8 feb 2018 from income tax department mumbai and the status those i have already checked on your website as well as pan card too and they shown that they deliver such parcel as expected by 18 feb 2018 but till now no one called me regarding the same and didn't get any confirmation on same mail i'd and mobile no but the concern is that the postman of our local area demanding a 100, 200 at the time of delivery of parcel and this happen twice because i heard about from somewhere. Please do the needful for me and find below useful details of my account because it's a urgency to receive this as immediate.

Sirwith great respect your goodself i have a compliant aganist the computer oprater of your post office that is i have opened two ssa account in your post office on ist april 2015 the accounts were run smoothly in the year 2015'2016 but when i deposit yearly amount of 12000 im april 2017 i fill the credit slip of 12000 i am surprised to see they entred 11950 on my passbook they deducted illegly rs 50 from my 12000 when i enquiry about it they did not give satisfy answer however i am not defaulter i deposit every year the amount on fixed month ie april they also did not make the entry of intrest at the end of financial year so please win the confidance of people in your post office bank system

I have mailed a parcel from rms office, thampanoor on 4th february sunday to jorhat, assam.

My parcel tracking numbers are cl[protected]in and cl[protected]in.

These two parcels have not arrived even till guwahati till date on 15th february.

I request you to please track the same and help me out in finding my parcels as we were so confident about your service and is now delayed miserably.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i received a letter from my bank through the postal services. But before i received it it was opened by the postman himself. When my mother questioned him about the same he did not bother to answer and went away anyway. From our locality i have got to known that he sends the parcels very late. The job letters he would hand over when the dates are over. He would take interest in reading the letters and then handing over. It is very annoying. Please take necessary steps against it.

I have done two speed posts from hyderabad (501218) to goalpara (Assam) 783101 on 10th february 2018. The online status is reflecting dispatched to ph hyderabad. After that tvere is no status. I am mentioning trachong details for both parcles below. Kindly request you to solve the problem at the earliest, its urgent.

Hi sir,
I sent 2 parcels by india post but my shipment is lost by them. They are not tracking status as well not delivering the shipment. I registered the complain on india post with complain numbers [protected], [protected]. But they are not replying me properly. They have lost my parcels.
Tracking ids are ep[protected]in, ep[protected]in.
Customer support of india post is not replying anything. My both the parcels have been lost and there is no update from india post. How they are working. I am surprised with this type of work done by government employees. How i believe on safety of my parcels. I never want to work with india post. Kindly check and return my item or pay me for the loss.

I live in ranchi and my consignment number ee[protected]in says parcel was missent but when i reached ranchi g. P. O. They said they have forwarded it to the head office under which my area comes. When i tracked again it said it is in nsh ranchi. Also staff is saying something and tracking details is saying something else. Why it has not reached me yet

A parcel was sent as speed post EK[protected]IN I was promised that it will be delivered in 2 days because it was a speed post. But the parcel was delivered in 5 days. That is the speed of the normal post. Why should I pay more when the parcel reaches at the normal time and not the promised 2 days time. The tracking consignment showed that the parcel was delivered on Thursday. Whereas the intended person had not yet received it. Why the data uploaded is wrong? This is the third time my parcel is being delayed like this. Very much disappointed in the service. Moreover the parcel has been attacked by rats and 2 items are missing. The box has been patched up neatly by the post office by putting paper and tape. Such a bad disgusting service inspire of paying so much money. A parcel was sent as speed post EK[protected]IN. All the items in the parcel have been eaten n destroyed by rats. The whole parcel has become a waste now. All the items were costly and also neatly packed by the sender. The box has been patched up neatly by the post office by putting paper and tape. Have uploaded the photos.. Such a bad disgusting service inspite of paying so much money. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

I have an an important document couriered to me by speed post, i am trying to track the status in website, it keeps jumbling between pune nsh and mumbai nsh offices. So i went to post office and they informed they will receive it today, but again in website it showed it went to mumbai nsh and never went to nearby post office of my area.
I am trying to call customer support number which is not reachable from 2 days, this is very pathetic. We have no idea if website status is correct and we cannot even speak to customer support and ask the status as numbers are never reachable. Why do they have customer support numbers then?

I have booked speed post to teghra - 851133, on 10th feb 2018 by gurgaon hpo with reference number eh[protected]in, which is un-delivered till the date.
Tracking details is showing "bag despatched to nsh barauni" on 12/02/2018 at 16:15:28. After that no update.\
So, i want to know about my packet, where is it right now and when it will get deliver.
Please arrange the delivery for this packet as soon as possible and give me the appropriate information.

I have registered a complain on india post website with complaint number : [protected].
Which is also un-attended.

I have booked my spa on 12th february at bolpur post office on 11:36 am. It reaches to kolkata airport on 13th february 9:35pm. Then the bag is opened and item received on 14th february 1:55 am. Item bagged for nsh guwahati on 14th february 3:02am. Bag dispatched for nsh guwahati on 14th february 10:32 am from kolkata airport. But till today (16th february, 6:14 am) there is no update in the status.

Sir,
I have send my official letter (Central water commission, government of india) by speed post () on urgent basis. It has been dispatched on 1 feb 2018. And now it has become 16 feb and not delivered yet.
On checking indian post website, its being shown that transit bag despatched to nsh guwahati at tmo lgbi airport on 05/02/2018.
I want to request you to clearify the status of my letter.

I have apply a pan card through online, he will send me a pan card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 11/01/2018. It is already been 35 days still not yet delivered. When i have traced on website, it is showing following movement as the last movement-

Respectfully i want to inform you that the applicant brought a pencard from uti, consignment no. Rm[protected]in.
On 19th january, 2018 the consignment was sent to me. Your post man showed that my pen card has been delivered on 27th january, 2018 (On online status) but the pencard is not delivered at my home. When i contacted that postman he misbehaved with me. He shouted at me and said that no one could do anything to him. This is very wrong. The applicant is mentally worried with your department's service. If i don't get my pencard within 15 days, i will choose legal action against you.
So please try to understand me and deliver my pencard on my address.

Dear sir,

My package originated from ireland and its been held at delhi customs for unspecified reason. The package only contains regular clothes for my kids and the total value is only €100. I have this declared already. Tracking website only provides me very meagre information on why its been held. Can you assist me on this and help provide resolution.
