India Post — parcel not delivered yet, no update of the package in ip portal from 14th. sep.2018, excess delay in delivery, poor response by indian post custo care

Dear sir,
I was sent an article by speed post from ahmedabad, gujarat to sakinaka s. O., it takes 2-3 working day to reach at destination, but article has not been deliver to the destination after 6 days. Also very poor response provided by the post office employee, customer care number not working, delaying in deliver of article, status of article not updated properly.

I suggest tat please improve all the specify services as per money given by the customer.
Please take an action regarding the same.
