Hlo sir i haven't received the parcel till date.. Consignment no. Is eb[protected]in... Plzz help me so that it will reach me as soon as possible... I m in very much worry... Because a long time has been passed.. So plzz help me.. I will be very thankful to uuu.. I[censored]u solve my problem...in tracking status it shows wandering here and there from last 20 days..

A consignment by India Post which is telling on-line status delivery but it has not been delivered to me

I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from Germany. they had sent it through post.
my tracking id is RS[protected]DE
but still i didn't got my parcel.
on india post tracking site its showing Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason.

Please help me for the same.
