India Post — parcel not received yet or no proper status & updates online

I made parcel from kaach anjar on 7-5-2018 to the city drc demarcattic repbulic of congo (Kinshasa) tracking no [protected]- i have not recevied parcel & its urgent & there is no proper status online & i made complain but i cant open it to see the status of it. (Tracking status always so remove from bag & insert to bag & transfer from office exchange) please atleast let me know what is the problem & when i will recevied my parcel.

Updated by shabu pirani My parcel has been return back to anjar india from mumbai customs due to some reason

but when i went to take my parcel back they didnt give me any refund, is it normal that I have payed rs 6000 & the parcel was accepted by anjar india after that due to some reason from mumbai they send it back & they even not giving my refund .
