India Post — parcel status

I sent a parcel from dresden, germany on 23.11.2017. According to deutsche post, it was scanned in india on 04.12.2017, and further updates are only provided by indian post. However, since 29.11.2017 india post is showing 'insert item in to bag (Otb)' at frankfurt. I registered a complaint to their site, which is pending since long.
My parcel number is rr[protected]de.
It is very important document and i am now worried about its fate.

.but my parcel stop shornur. We send to hisar. Hariyana. Please to help to send this parcel correct place .this is very important.
