India Post — Parcel status not updated and not yet received

I ordered study materials from ICAI. The company sent the Registered Parcel through Trackon Courier Service to India Post. They received it at 9 june.
After my parcel reached to New Delhi RS TMO I have not received any status update regarding the Parcel.
